Career Pathway Programme
UiD Career Pathway - Graduate Internship Programme
The cohort Five Career Pathway - Graduate Internship Programme provides real-world experience, industry access, and meaningful support for young people seeking to work in the world of interiors from communities experiencing racial and economical inequality.
More than just work experience, our Graduate Programme is part of a wider journey that includes mentorship, skills development, and exposure to opportunities across the interior design industry. We believe that talent should not be defined by background, and our internship is here to open doors, elevate voices, and champion a more inclusive, representative design future.
As an ever-evolving initiative, we continuously learn from past experiences and data to improve the UiD Career Pathway experience.
For Cohort 6, we’ve made thoughtful enhancements to both the programme structure and application process.
In addition to our Interior Design Internship Pathway, we’re excited to introduce a new Marketing and Communication Pathway created for interior design enthusiasts who are eager and passionate about shaping a future of the world of interiors. The format for both Graduate Internship (Career Pathway) will remain the same, ensuring that every participant gains meaningful, hands-on experience in their chosen focus area.
Cohort Six (26/27) Applications open on the
9th of June ‘26
