Over the past months, we have refined our program approach, building on what has worked — and what hasn’t — in the past. We’ve also introduced software to make the program accessible across the UK, all designed to create meaningful pathways into the design industry.

Cohort One will match 25 mentees across the UK with experienced mentors. All aspiring mentees are encouraged to apply. Matches will be announced in January, and the mentorship relationship will run for three months. During this time, mentors and mentees will work together to address a specific growth opportunity, fostering professional development and practical learning.

This first cohort is a pilot, helping us refine the program’s structure and process. After this, we aim to run the mentorship program on an ongoing basis.
