Apprenticeship Scheme Graduation Ceremony 2022/23.

What a night to remember!

Our second United in Design Graduation Ceremony for our 22/23 cohort of apprentices of our Apprenticeship Scheme was held in May 2023, and what a night it was.

Hosted by our founders Sophie Ashby and Alex Dauley at the Studio Ashby head office we were thrilled to be joined by nearly 150 guests including our graduates, their friends and families, and representatives from the partner businesses who have hosted apprentices over the last couple of years.

Alexandria Dauley, Clare Cowburn Baker and Sophie Ashby.

Celebrating the future of our graduates.

We celebrated their completion of the apprenticeships and the businesses who guided, supported and nurtured them, whilst celebrating that all our graduates now have confirmed opportunities and employment in the interior design industry.

  • Joanna  -  Dodds & Shute, London

  • Jayda -      Nataliya Miyar Atelier

  • Awa  -       The Other House

  • Aaliyah -    Kate Guinness Design

  • Afreena -   Pursuing freelance opportunities whilst looking for a permanent position at a high-end residential interior design studio.

  • Yeji - David Collins Studio

I am really thankful that I experienced the United in Design apprenticeship, so that I had chance to perform my skills and potential. I always think lots of people have potential and amazing skills but they do not have chance to show their abilities. I was very fortunate that I had an amazing life changing chance through United in Design.
— Yeji Son, 22/23 UiD Apprentice Graduate
